Itty Bitty Designs uses PayPal to process payment information, and once your order has been submitted, you will be taken to the PayPal’s secure site to pay by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or eCheck.  This is a fully secured site using the highest industry standards for financial transactions and data storage.  You will NOT need to open a PayPal account in order to pay.  Immediately upon submitting an order, you will receive an Itty Bitty Designs invoice for your records via email.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When you check out through PayPal, Itty Bitty Designs will receive the full order details by e-mail from PayPal; you will also receive the payment confirmation by e-mail directly from PayPal.

Cancelling Orders

Itty Bitty Designs works to ship your personalized purchases as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us the same business day at 404-819-8869, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Sales Tax

Itty Bitty Designs follows state and federal laws regarding sales tax and will not collect sales tax on online purchases outside Georgia.  However, a 6% sales tax will be added to all orders using a “ship to” address in Georgia.

Personalization Text

Itty Bitty Designs offers personalization on all items. To add personalization simply type in the text EXACTLY as it should appear on the item, and select the font and thread color from the drop-down menus. 

You have three options to personalize your items:

1.Enter a single initial

2.Enter 3 initials -enter them exactly how you would like for them to appear.  PLEASE NOTE that it will be assumed that the middle initial will be larger unless otherwise noted in the comments section of your order.

3.Enter a name.  If the name has trouble fitting on the particular item you have ordered, we will contact you regarding other options.

We offer a variety of fonts – please reference our “fonts page” to see our most popular.  However, if you do not see something you are looking for, please contact us for additional fonts.

Please enter the initials for a monogram EXACTLY as you would like them to appear. Traditionally for girl's monograms the last initial is placed in the center and emphasized (Example:  Jane Ann Smith would be JSA with the S larger). Often boy’s monograms are done first, middle and last with all the initials equal in size (Example:  James Edward Smith would appear as JES).  If you would like all initials to be the same size, please specify that in the Comments section.  Otherwise, we will assume you would like to use the traditional monogram with first, last, and middle with the last name initial larger in the middle.  

Ribbon

Please see our "Ribbon" page for all of the fun ribbon we offer.  We have 1 1/2 inch and 1 inch wide ribbon that make burp clothes and towel wraps look extra cute.  We offer pre-gifted burp cloth sets with our ribbon, or you can get creative and design your own.  You can do the same with our signature towel wraps as well. 

Fabric 

We offer many different fabrics perfect for a girl, a boy, or both!  Please see our "Fabric" page for examples.  You pick the fabric to design our Itty Bitty Originals Nightlights.  Also, if you have some fabric leftover from designing your nursery, please send a 12 inch X 12 inch swatch to us, and we will make for you!  A perfect touch to make your nursery unique.  Please send fabric swatches to:

Itty Bitty Designs presents each and every gift beautifully wrapped in clear cellophane with festive ribbon that coordinates with each gift’s colors at no additional cost.  Also, we will provide a gift card with a message from you completely free of charge.
